Supplying the UAE's builders since 1998
Established in 1998 by Mr. Ahmed Abo Zaid under the name Al Masriah Building Material Traders (1998 to 2015), the company continues today as Deyar Al Sharq Sand & Stones Tr. L.L.C. We are a trading company focused on supplying building materials, especially quarry products.
All of our materials are sourced from quarries in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, regions renowned for the quality of their natural sand and stone. Our range includes washed, white and dune sand; graded aggregates and rock; road base, sub-base and sub-grade materials; and extruded polystyrene insulation boards.
Alongside material supply, we provide earthmoving and transportation services, from excavation, cut and fill and levelling to timely delivery directly to site, at the pace each project demands.
Operating from our head office in Dhaid and our branches in Sharjah and Thoban, we are proud to have supplied materials to some of the UAE's major developments. Our commitment to dependable service and attentive after-sales support has earned us a loyal client base, many of whom have worked with us for years.

Our founder
Mr. Ahmed Abo Zaid founded the company in 1998 as Al Masriah Building Material Traders, which ran from 1998 to 2015, with a simple goal: reliable quarry products, delivered when the site needs them. That commitment continues today as Deyar Al Sharq Sand & Stones Tr. L.L.C.
